Do you provide the decor, or can I use items I already own?

This is completely based on your preference. We can design custom Christmas and seasonal decor using pieces from our Design Decor collections, style with your existing holiday decor, or create a blend of both.

Many of our Knoxville and East Tennessee clients choose to have us refresh and enhance their personal decor with new picks, sprays, ribbon, florals, ornaments, garlands, and designer elements to create a fuller, more elevated holiday look.

How far in advance should I book a Christmas decorating install?

We recommend booking your Christmas decorating service as early as possible. Holiday install spots in Knoxville and East Tennessee are limited and fill quickly, especially for Christmas tree decorating, interior holiday styling, garland installation, and commercial Christmas decor.

Do you offer both indoor and outdoor decorating installs?

Yes, we offer both interior and select covered outdoor seasonal styling depending on the location, season, and design needs. Our services focus on decorative holiday styling, not exterior Christmas light installation.

Do you install exterior Christmas lights?

No, we do not offer exterior Christmas light installation. Do I need to be home during the install?

For residential decorating installs, we typically ask that someone be available at the beginning of the appointment to provide access and review any final details. For some Christmas and seasonal decorating projects, arrangements can be made in advance depending on the space, scope of work, and access needs.

Do you remove the decor after the season?

Yes. Takedown services are included in our seasonal decor proposal. After the holiday season, we thoughtfully remove and pack your Christmas decor, garlands, ornaments, florals, ribbon, and seasonal accents for optimal safety and efficient decorating the following year.
