- We do our very best to process and ship each item as soon as we can. Items are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once we receive the order. Orders may take longer to process, especially during the holiday season. We use UPS as our primary shipping provider.
- UPS Ground typically takes 3-7 business days to arrive once processed and shipped from our warehouse.
- UPS 3-Day Select typically takes three business days to arrive once processed and shipped from our warehouse.
- UPS 2nd Day Air typically takes two business days to arrive once processed and shipped from our warehouse.
- UPS Next Day Air typically takes one business day to arrive once processed and shipped from our warehouse.
- A tracking number will be sent to your email so you can track your package once the order is shipped. At times, we do have to send your order in multiple packages.
- Please note that we do not process or ship items on Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. Some items are not eligible for express shipping. Express shipping may not be an option on larger-quantity orders. Shipping charges are subject to change. In-Store Pickup Policy
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. In-store pickups need to be picked up within 10 days from the time the order arrives at our store. After 10 days, orders will be canceled and items will be put back into our inventory system.
- Our store address is 6217 Baum Dr., Knoxville, TN 37919. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation, or you can pull it up on your smartphone.
- Order over $99 qualify for free shipping and all other orders are $9.99 for shipping, unless otherwise noted.
- Some products are only available for in-store pickup.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
